Satoshi Inuki

Born and bred in a small suburban town northeast of Kobe, Satoshi wasn't particularly interested in the history, culture and tradition of his own country in his childhood. But after spending some time in the UK in his early 20s and meeting people from all over the world, his eyes were opened and he became inspired  to study more about his homeland. This eventually led him to get his license as an English-speaking guide in 2011. Ever since getting to work professionally as a guide a few years ago, he's been full of passion and enthusiasm for guiding as his dream job!

Now he's been living in the ancient capital city of Kyoto for more than 10 years. He loves to collect and share interesting stories behind the scenes and take you to places off the beaten track. His friendly smile and sense of hospitality and humor will surely make you feel at home, and leave you as much in love with the history, culture, tradition and scenery of Japan as he is!
